Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older and located in the United States. One account per person.
What you're buying
Each pack contains one real, professionally graded card that we own and store. The card is chosen at random from the cards listed in that pack's checklist, with the odds shown on the pack page at the time you open it.
Your balance and withdrawals
Cash (from card deposits) and buyback credit can be withdrawn through Stripe to a bank account or debit card you link, after identity verification by Stripe. Standard withdrawals are free and usually arrive in 1 to 2 business days; instant withdrawals carry the fee shown. Money from a card deposit made in the last 7 days can be refunded to that card but not sent to a bank until the 7 days pass. Promo credit can't be withdrawn and may expire as stated in the promotion.
Buybacks
After a pull you may sell the card back to us for the offer shown, which is valid until the date shown. Accepted buybacks are final and are paid as buyback credit.
Vault and shipping
Cards you keep are stored by us under your account. You can request shipping at any time for the fee shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered.
Card values
Market values are our estimate based on recent comparable sales and the date shown. They are not a guarantee of resale value.
Refunds and problems
If something goes wrong with a purchase, opening, or shipment, contact us and we'll make it right. We may reverse transactions caused by errors, fraud, or abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
